Shipping policy

Postage options are $5 (untracked) or $9 (tracked). Free postage for orders over $100. We do not take responsibility for untracked items lost by Australia Post but if you do have any concerns please contact us at hellomymonkeysandme@gmail.com.

As all these items are handmade and lovingly packed by yours truly (which is often interrupted by little monkeys) please allow 5-7 business days from your order until postage unless they are preorders, which is 2-3 weeks. Our delivery times from there are as per Australia post guidelines.
